The most important new features in this version: Remote control of applications: start, stop, and reset remotely. Possibility to transfer files between clients and remote PLCs via WebVisu. Complete re-implementation of the communication service (in the backend) between CODESYS Edge Gateways (field level) and CODESYS Automation Server (cloud), resulting in easier expandability, greater stability, scalability and maintainability. In the event of an Edge Gateway exchange, a still active Edge Gateway can now be replaced with a new Edge Gateway. The connection of the former Edge Gateway is then automatically terminated.
