New management of the CODESYS Group

Dieter Hess and Manfred Werner, founders and Managing Directors of the CODESYS Group, have appointed Hilmar Panzer to the Executive Board. As CTO, he will be responsible for the technical aspects of the CODESYS Group from January 2022. The expansion of the management team will further strengthen the company's innovation and growth trajectory.
After studying Techno-Mathematics at the Technical University of Munich, Hilmar Panzer started working at CODESYS Group (then 3S-Smart Software Solutions) almost 20 years ago. Since then, he has developed an excellent expertise of the entire product portfolio. Most recently, as Head of the Application and Consulting Team, he has dealt extensively with the wishes of CODESYS customers.
And this is exactly the main focus of our new Technical Managing Director: He intends to further intensify the dialog with CODESYS users around the world, thus being able to develop just the right products to fulfil their specific needs.
We are looking forward to this new, exciting step in our company history and congratulate Hilmar on his new job!
