Your tasks:
- First and second level support for CODESYS products and PLC applications
- Supporting customers during commissioning
- Independent recording of support requests via our helpdesk system
- Analyzing problems and providing efficient solutions
- Configuration of test systems and use for error analysis
- Supporting our customers regarding questions about our software products
- Working closely with our Software Development and Quality Management teams
What initially sounds like a pure IT help center is much more than that. From the inner workings of the CODESYS IDE to the runtime systems and the CODESYS Automation Server, to understanding complex applications, a broad range of know-how is expected from us. This is a daily challenge, but it also brings us new and interesting tasks.
We don't just work in support, we manage projects and are dedicated contact persons that our customers can always rely on. In addition to written communication via email and virtual meetings through MS Teams or TeamViewer, on-site customer visits are an important part of our work.
